Attorney Angela Kachelski devotes one hundred percent of her practice to the defense of people accused of committing crimes. Angela has had more than 18 years of successes in both trial and appellate courts. By maintaining flexible office hours, Angela has been able to meet the needs of all of her clients.

Angela has experience in defending all types of crimes in both state and federal court. She draws experience from the fact that she has been involved in more than 75 homicide cases at both the trial and appellate level. Angela also represents people accused of serious felonies like armed robbery and sexual assault and less serious offenses like disorderly conduct.

Angela has also been successful representing clients on appeal. She has helped clients get their sentences modified even after their direct appeal deadlines have passed. She has also had cases overturned on direct appeal, federal habeas corpus and she has successfully argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
